The 5ply neck is constructed of a sandwiched one between maples and walnuts. It increases in the strength of neck and enhances the resonance.
FGN's method is to keep rounding off a fret edge on a fingerboard until all players can be feeling a smooth fingering. It takes our craftsmen more ten times as long to do this system as it does to do our gerenal fret edge for products.
The tip of a neck joint position is all reshaped to beautiful round with our high-woodcrafts. This system enables very smooth fingering in the high positions.

Is it better
Although FGN cannot predict whether the Circle Fretting System will replace traditional fret placement, we've discovered through extensive testing C.F.S has a definite positive effect on the playability and tone of fretted instruments and this is an important consideration for the discriminating musician.
Musician's Voice
While our work and research on this revolutionary concept continues, long-term testing conducted by respected professional guitarists in a variety of genres yielded invariably positive feedback. The most frequent comment was that the guitars sounded noticeably cleaner and note separation more distinct, contributing to a more balanced and full sound in both fretting solo leads as well as chorded rhythm passages. A further comment praised the fact this enhanced separation and clarity was noticeable even when the guitar was used in combination with various effect accessories such as overdrive, reverb or chorus sound effects. Some musicians noted their fretting hand tended to remain more relaxed since their fingers were not subconsciously searching to compensate distortions.

FujiGen was founded in 1960 and began making Classical guitars but soon moved on to Electric guitars and in 1970 began making guitars OEM for manufacturers such as Ibanez, a relationship that still continues. In 1977, through a joint capital investment between Roland Corporation and Fujigen, Fuji Roland Corp was established and developed the world’s first guitar synthesizer GR-500 and its successor, the GR-300 / G-808. In 1982 FujiGen became a partner with Fender and made the lower priced Fender guitars which these days are outsourced to their Mexico factory and this contract continued for about 15 years. These are now sought after instruments because the quality was so high.
So as you can see FGN Guitars were born out of a company steeped in guitar history who have some of the most advanced machinery in the industry and who know how to create a quality instrument with boutique looks and features.
